Accounts use sign-in information and profile details. Seller workspaces store resources, files, guides, publication approvals and website profiles. Acquisitions create order and access records so buyers can return to their resources.
Access and sharing
Private seller drafts are scoped to their business workspace. Approved listings and covers are public. Sellers can view their own customer relationships and orders. Marketing choices are separate from acquiring a resource.
Records and choices
Unpublishing or archiving does not automatically remove previously acquired access. Some history is retained to support those records. Account deletion may be refused where retained seller history exists. Buyers can change their marketing choices in their library.
Before public launch
The operating entity, privacy contact, retention periods, service-provider disclosures, data locations and request process still need approval. Hosted database and email services have not been activated for public use.
