Lauren Tingle makes resources for high school counselors. When TPT told its Premium Sellers this fall to pick a new way to sell, she picked a shop of her own. Here is why, and what we built with her.

Sell only on TPT, or keep a smaller share.
On October 1, 2026, TPT said it would replace its Premium Seller membership. Premium Sellers keep their 80% payout through December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027, they choose: become an Exclusive Seller at 77.5% and send every sale of a digital teaching resource through TPT, or become a Basic Seller at 55%, less 30¢ for every resource.
Neither lets a seller sell from her own shop and keep TPT’s better rate. Lauren decided her own shop was worth more.

A shop that looks like Lauren, not a template.

When a counselor buys from Counselor Clique, the money goes straight to Lauren’s own bank account. The customers are hers, the brand is hers, and no other seller’s listing sits beside hers.
