An addendum to our Terms
These Seller Terms apply to sellers on TeacherSell, in addition to our Terms of Service. TeacherSell is operated by Teachersell, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company.
Payments and payouts
Buyers pay you through your own Stripe account, and Stripe's terms apply to it. Stripe pays out to your bank. TeacherSell does not hold your funds.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give TeacherSell a license only to host, show and deliver it to run your shop. You confirm that you have the rights to sell what you upload.
Your business address
Keep your business address current in TeacherSell; we use it on your tax files.
International tax
TeacherSell’s sales tax expert does not specialize in international tax. For international tax compliance, we refer you to a third party such as Avalara or Numeral.
Fees
You pay the plan and add-on prices shown on our pricing page and your billing page, plus Stripe's processing fees on each sale.
